NYS Law for New Entrants Information

Welcome to St. Martin of Tours School! New York State Education Law requires all new entrants to have proof of a physical examination and all required immunizations. Please return the forms to the school as soon as possible. All documents must be received by and approved by the St. Martin of Tours Health Office within two weeks of the start of school. Failure to do so will result in the student being excluded from school in accordance with New York State Law and the Diocese of Rockville Centre.
